i need performance guys what will give me the most power for the buck?

 

It depends what your goals for the car are.

If you daily drive it, meth injection is a great option because you can run pump gas and high boost and make ~50 more whp.
@ 28psi. This is probably the cheapest way to make the most power based on what you have.

If you don't want meth, it hurts the wallet to go the other route...

Bigger intercooler & piping, Evo Green Turbo, O2 Housing, Ported exhaust manifold and hotside... big bucks.

but, i'd get ARP headstuds before i went any furthur....

 

arp headstuds and a boost controller (you dont have it listed...)

then depending on where you are eventually taking your car: prep for a bigger turbo or buy the rest of your exhuast stock turbo supporting mods.

if youre getting a bigger turbo you can get meth now, you can get some i/c piping or front mount, maybe pull the head off and get 1mm oversized valves all around and have it ported while its out...etc.

if youre staying on the stock turbo get the ported stock exhaust manifold and o2 housing etc and then step up to the intercooler piping and front mount then get some meth

Look at AMS or Buschur websites. Follow their "Stages", that should help you decide your upgrade path.
