short throw for a IX MR

hey does anyone know a company that makes a short throw for the IX MR because the only one that i have found you had to drive all the way to California for it and it was rather expensive

Works is the only one that makes a short throw for the 6 speed I believe ...

Pretty sure there isnt one, because of the reverse lockout. Get some good bushings (base and underhood) and it will make it feel a lot better, just not a "short throw."

I beleive the 6 spd shifter does have a shorter throw than the 5 spd.

i only have 2 piece bushings for under the battery under the hood. where do you get the ones for in the console(base) ??????????????/

i was looking for one but then i felt that i didnt needed one...

but now im looking for a lighter shift knob.

like the ones that come in the rs models...

lol ok my last post has nothing to do with this thread... hehe

i know works has one but you have to go there to have them make one for you...

sofar there is no short throw kit availiable for 6spds...
