unfortunately a lot of you guys are missing the fact he has a larger than stock snail. IMO the majority of the available aftermarket exhausts are going to be too loud. The Buschur system was very quiet and perfect on the stock turbo, but loud as **** on my 35r car now...

Though it only has the magnaflow muffler, no cat, no resonator...yet.

Agreed

Also Buschur makes a dual Bullet muffler option which is very, very hot

The Skunk2 MegaPower exhaust is very very quiet compared to the other true 3"... I swapped out my Megan Racing because I was getting pulled over by the cops...I'll post a sound clip soon.

+1. I have been running this for over 1.5 years now. I run this with the bushcur ported mani, O2 housing, Turbo XS dp and Ultimate Racing HFC and its quieter than many cars with just a cat back. The only flaw with this exhaust is that it necks down from 3" to 2.7x" near the cannister from what I remember someone writting on this forum.

But if you want quiet this is it.

I also have the Greddy Evo2 (plus a 3" dp and HFC). The sound is relatively quiet. It has a nice growl at high rpm.

At moderate power levels I don't think the neck down will be a significant obstruction to flow or power.

Oops...I just saw the OP has a 35r....

+1 on the RRE Stealth

I have never heard a full 3" turbo-back with no cat as quiet as this one.

I think the Tanabe Touring Madellion or the Fujitsubo Legalis R is your best bet. Both comes with a 3" piping and are very quite. Tanabe you can get for $499 at iptune.com and the Legalis R is around $700 at japanparts.com.

Greddy SP2 + Megan Resonated Test-Pipe = Quiet enough for California

the problem with those exhausts is that the inner diameter is not 3 inches.

its much smaller, which is why it is very quiet, but wont be good enough for a big turbo like a 35r
