30 PSI with meth is TOO MUCH?

well i dont know if 30 psi with meth is too much for a stock motor/head and head studs

these are the mods that I have

gt35r
hks 272/gear
880 injectors/255 fuel pump
EBC
FMIC
TBE
METH 50/50

I run 30.5psi with 35r and meth with stock block with no issues. Then again I only use it when I need too. No dyno where I live so no real numbers either

i had all stock motor besides hks 272's and i ran 32psi on a 3076 and meth never had any problems and the highest knock i ever saw was 1 thats thanks to my awesome tuner nate from tpg!

The psi is not the real risk...Just make sure you have a great failsafe in case your meht injection fails....Plus you should have access to your turbo maps to determine optimal boost...

get some headstuds and boost it man you have a big turbo use it lol high boost 30 psi 100% meth

i thought changing the cams without changing the headstuds was a no no for the 8s

its not really the boost thats the issue its the amount of whp that you will be making...but yea the more boost the more power in most cases...whos doing the tuning???

i think he is worried about stretching the stock studs and blowing a headgasket.
