Is this the stock clutch kit? Or do I need to buy everything seperate?

The link above claims OEM clutch. The dealership tells me there is no kit and all three parts are seperate.

Does a stock kit exist? I dont want a racing clutch for warranty issues.

Also, anyone know the place to get the best price on the clutch parts kit or not?

If you dont buy it from them, they can still create issues for you. Not a "kit" doesnt exist thru the dealer. Personally, I would just get an ACT HD and go with it. The only warranty prob you would have is with the syncro's and according to a new TSB sent out by MMNA, they proly would even cover the trans if you had a factory clutch in there.

Basic bolt ons would only need the ACT HD. Twin isnt a bad idea tho

Another option for a stock looking performance clutch for those concerned with the warranty is the RRE "no name clutch".
