Boost problems after reflash

Not sure if it is related or not. But recently got reflashed after I upgraded my clutch and intercooler w/ piping.

The car is now low on boost most of the time. ie... around 13-14 psi. However.....Sometimes it will only go to that and hold it. Other times it will hit 10 and then climb slowly up to that. Still other times it will hit 21-22 and then fall back to 14. And then other times it will hit 21 and hold it good.

I am down to 2 things on what I think it could be. I havent done a leak test yet, and probably should but I would like to narrow it down.

I am thinking it is either my BOV (POS Greddy) or something on the reflash.

Am I pointed in the right direction>??? or anything else I should think about???

If you have an MBC, then the ECU has no effect on boost - it's not even connected to the boost system.

Look at what else you changed when the problem occurred. There's only one thing that affects boost...
