See here:

does the tip look angled or is it straight out?

How much would this cost for someone that already has a full buschur TBE with no cat?

Seeing as Im in New York, I really dont have the money nor time to go all the way to Ohio.

Im looking for a decent sounding exhaust thats not too loud.

Thanks!
Dan

First I believe you need to understand how they have their car configured to run 2 mufflers. The bullet mufflers are located at 2 locations, the first muffler is at the test pipe location and the other muffler is at the rear section behind the bumper.

You want to know if its possible to make your current buschur exhaust system run 2 mufflers and how much it will be.

I am going to assume you currently have the bullet muffler at the rear. If I am correct, then you dont need to change your exhaust system and Buschur might be able to offer you the muffler option that installs in place of your test pipe. Just let them know which exhaust style you have.

This is a nice thread but I'm just the opposite as I've been looking to run the BR race muffler with a test pipe combination. I was told that there is really "hardly" any difference sound-wise between the BR race and BR bullet mufflers. Is this true? JRod, do the BR race mufflers still sell for $225-250? Thanks.

I would say there is very little difference between the two mufflers. vwjeff's car and my car are equally loud!

Okay I got the BR TBE with test pipes, and bullet muffler, so all I need it an additional bullet muffler and place it at the test pipes location, right??

Also am running stock ECU and the O2 sensor is on the test pipe, so where can I install the O2 sensor when I get the other bullet muffler???

My midpipe has the O2 sensor bung, not my test pipe.

Yes, all you need to do buy the bullet muffler setup to replace the test pipe. I just did this a few months ago with my car when I put on the JDM rear bumper.

Well I can attest that two BR Bullet mufflers is very quite under normal driving conditions, but quite loud under WOT.

When I put my car on the dyno after getting the second muffler installed, there was no loss in hp or tq.....none. The muffler just flows that well.

Just call Buschur, ask them to weld you up a Bullet muffler to go where your test pipe normally goes. Put the 2 bolt flanges on either end, and your set...
