^^should be a two bolt flange on one side and slip fit on the other.

Also, good to see you didn't have any power loss with the 2nd Bullet but it quieted the car down. I'll probably be purchasing the 2nd Bullet to go back by the bumper in the near future.

The old "race" muffler has not been available for probably 2 years.

There is a difference between the race and bullet I can assure you of that.

Most people arent driving around 9sec cars with headers on them.

So what would you recommend if I wanted to get rid of my APS muffler for something louder? I know you probably don't remember me but I was the fellah stationed in Washington state that talked to you a few times about the GT3076r turbo as an option and I told you that I would wait until after I returned from Iraq. We also talked about the GSX and its beauty. Anyway, I've been to Iraq twice since then and I'm about to go back again.

Yes I remember.

Well if you're running a different companies exhaust other than ours it would take some custom exhaust work to get one of our mufflers on there and have it be in the right position with the hangers & tip. I can sell all of the pieces seperate and you could have someone fab it up.

I am not familiar with the APS system and how loud it is so I couldnt give you a 100% answer on what will be louder than what you are currently running.

Stay safe over there!

I'm working with a local shop to get that part completed. Could you check out the thread below and tell me if I'm on the right track? If not, then I will just keep what I have or go the cheap route and purchase an Ebay exhaust. I'm looking to have a pretty aggressive sounding EVO once I install the test pipe and O2 dump tube. Thanks and I apologize for the mini thread jack. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sa...t-muffler.html

Yes, I currently have a FULL BUSCHUR 3" TBE with a test pipe. I remember a while ago I asked if it was possible to put a muffler where the cat was and Someone at Buschur told me it would be very expensive/not possible due to the fact that I have a USDM rear bumper???

So yes, how much WOULD it cost to replace just the test pipe section with a bullet muffler?

Dan

Yes, all you need to do buy the bullet muffler setup to replace the test pipe. I just did this a few months ago with my car when I put on the JDM rear bumper.
Damn I completley forgot that, I just looked under the car and noticed that the O2 sensor was in the midpipe. thanks SloRice

All I need now is the 2nd bullet muffler

Jarrod or Nick will have to answer the question on the muffler pricing for where the cat goes. We should be able to make that for anyone who wants it. We will just need specifics on what is on your car now. Two flanges, slip fit, one flange, v-band. We offer a lot of different types of offroad pipes so we'll have to know exactly what you have. It will also effect the price. I'd say as a guess $225-250 is going to be about right. That will be the bullet muffler built custom to fit in the place of whatever you have.

I have the Bullet muffler too. It sits in the garage while I drive the car around town with a testpipe, FULL 3" O2 through Muffler delete pipe. Nothing, nada but the pipe. No radio to listen to, so I may as well listen to the engine singing to me.

I might not need that particular muffler if someone can tell me if the muffler in the 51st post is in fact the old BR race muffler, BR bullet muffler, or something "else". I am looking for something louder as I really don't have an issue with cops here at Fort Hood. There are exhaust-fart-sounding Hondas all over the place but I'm looking for an exhaust that's loud but not cheap sounding. The APS is just too quiet for me and I hope things come alive with the test pipe and O2 dump I put on after the New Year.
