Max power on GT4294R?

Hi guys,

Anyone has any experience running this smaller sized 4294R knowing how much max wheel power it can produce?

Am running JUN 272's on a 2.1 litre motor, we got the power up to 789 WHP at 40 psi on a AWD Dynojet. Gonna retune it soon, just wanted to know what to expect out of it running more boost.

Any inputs will be appreciated.

Thanks.

You should see over 960whp at 50psi.

You got to use VP import fuel or something that is 120+ oct.

Also runnning that highof a boost your going to need some type of igition COP system. It will give you the spark needed for the levels of boost you want to run.

I thought the 4294R is only limited to 850 WHP and the 4202R is the 900 plus WHP version?

It will get to 900+ whp. If you can still get the air at 50+ psi you will hit 900whp easy. Get it on the dyno and see for your self.

4202R Has seen well over 900whp and 50+psi and its still going.

Its all in how good of a tuner you have and how good your setup is as well.

Ok why dont you tell me what your setup is.

I got the 2.1L and 42R part

What gas are useing?

Do you have a COP setup?

What part combo is used in your 2.1L setup?

Is your head ported? Race port or stage 2 port???

There are so many things you need to get real power or in you case the max power out of this turbo.

My friend in Atlanta went with a few setups with the same turbo before he hit 975whp now he is well over 1***whp im not going to state how much he has but its well over anyone on here. Pual Angel is running a 45R now.

On Topic: It all depends on the supporting mods and tune to determine the ammount of power that you will make, there are so many variables.

Off Topic: Is this the blue EVO I have seen with the 45R

The car is a new all purpose drag car that I will run on the 10th November and the setup is follows

1) Magnus custom ROSS 8.5:1 pistons
2) Custom 93 mm stroke crankshaft
3) Oliver rods
4) Stage 5 race ported custom Dan Paramore cylinder head with oversized valves and Supertech valve springs
5) Jun 272 camshafts
6) HKS Kansai intake manifold
7) Nissan Infiniti Q45 90 mm throttle body
8) Garrett bar and plate GT spec 26 x 14 x 5 inch intercooler core
9) Running an MSD 2 step ignition system
10) Autronic SM4 full programmable ecu

Running 50 psi of boost is no issues and the fuel we are running now is VP C16.

Turbo has a 0.98 rear end only thus we doubt if 900 is even possible.

What do you think?

You should be able to break 300whp FOR SURE, but you will need to upgrade your stock injectors and FMIC if you want to do more than that.

Swap the .98 housing for a 1.02 housing. And start using vp import gas.
