im trying to figure out what to do next. Mainly just engine work. But don't know if I should just get a new stand alone ECU or maybe a turbo manifold. Help??

these are my mods, help me out guys

Intake (running methanol injection system)
Ignition System
full vishnu exhaust with downpipe
HKS 272 cams and cam gears
titanium valve springs and rockers
XEDE engine management (piggyback ecu)

 

Do you already have a boost controller?
I say start your suspension and handling.

 

MBC or EBC up to you...
How do you have cams without a fuel pump, if you don't have one, get one when/if you get a boost controller.

 

Well said, its the little things I forgot I installed a long time ago. That is a must!

 

Have you maxed out your stock turbo with the meth? I would probably be looking at a larger turbo at this point, along with possibly an intercooler upgrade and of course a fuel pump if you havent gotten one already.

 

Oh, and as far as the ECU goes. I would probably take the XEDE off and tune it solely with ECU Flash but that's me.

 

What kind of intake do you have on it?
What does your ignition system consist of?
FMIC and LICP...
More importantly, what do you want to do with the car? If you can figure that out, people can help you figure everything else out. Everyone on here has an opinion, but it won't mean anything unless you share the exact same goals as them...

 

i would upgrade the turbo and get a good ems...

 

How much boost are you running with the stock turbo and meth? I went with the 20G-LT and meth. loads of power.

And if your planning on running pretty high boost:
ARP head studs
injectors
then ur probably going to need a clutch

Intake system is just AEM. going to put on a front mount thats been sitting. but i might just get a custom front mount and piping from Evolution Racewerks.

have a stage 2 clutch right now with a lightened flywheel

the ignition system is from XS

i was thinking the walboro pump too.

right now its on stock boost. haven't touched that.

 

The FMIC is a great upgrade!installing my ETS FMIC this weekend which I sould be getting Friday!
