Hp/Tq Capability with these mods?

I already have alot of these mods, that most evo owners wait for big numbers to get. So currently, with the following mods what numbers can I see without replacing anything? (including the transmission)

Stroked to 2.3L
Wisco pistons
Eagle rods
Walbro 255lb fuel pump
Knife edged crank
Buddy club cams 264/272
Fidanza cam gears
AEM intake
Turbo Smart electronic boost controler
Forge BOV
SS brake lines
SS clutch line
Brass shifter bushing
Short throw shifter
Exedy Twin Plate HD clutch & flywheel
Crower Valve Spring/Retainers
SAFC II tuned by Mac in Parker CO
380 awhp

Hypothetically...If I were to replace the stock turbo with an FP Green and maybe some 272/272s..am I lookin at around 450 to the wheels? What all starts to break at 450-500? Including engine components, trans, axle shafts, etc.

What else should I look into? better fuel pump?I plan on simply replacing the following; cams, intake, and definitely engine management system. Any engine management suggestions? I'm guessing AEM?

My goal with the car is to daily drive, and autox/drag on the weekends and not having to worry about constant breakage. Even if that means a bigger turbo, lower boost, and a very conservative tune.

Any positive input is much appreciated!

plus a bigger turbo benefits me in two ways, more power and better gas mileage . (turbo lag isnt always bad on a d/d)

First off, these are not power mods:

SS brake lines
SS clutch line
Brass shifter bushing
Short throw shift

Otherwise, you're only real mods are the fuel pump, intake, cams, exhaust (?) and the afc, as the stroker isn't going to add a ton of horsepower, just low end torque. I'd say ditch the AFC and do a EcuFlash tune and you'll be making good power, maybe 300whp on a DD dyno, which would convert to 360whp(?) or so on a dynojet. I see you have listed 380whp listed there, is that your goal, or an actual number you've put down? I'd say just put it on the dyno and see what you get, skip the dyno bench racing thing.

Previous owner told me 380 on a dynojet and he was so sure that he'd get me sheets to prove it. I never got is phone # or email so he never got me sheets. I'm very interested in ECUflash..my only problem is getting a laptop . And yeah, I do have an exhaust...he was very unclear on parts so there might be a few I don't even know about yet, UP, DP, etc..

Ya, just stick it on the dyno and get it professionally tuned, that will be your best bet. You ask a *lot* of questions at the bottom of your first post, I'd say just read read read on this forum and figure out what you want versus what you have. What turbo do you have, stock 9.8 hotside, the 05+ 10.5 hotside? A good route I like to suggest is to get a IX turbo, ported manifold (buschur), ported the turbine housing, and get a SS o2 housing all at once. Otherwise look at a big turbo kit like a gt35r if that is not going to be enough power for ya. I'd also suggest some hotter cams for that stroker, 280's at least, otherwise look at something much bigger like buschur's BF272's, JUN's, or something similar....but that's down the road for ya i think. Your fuel pump is fine for now, prolly need injectors of course, and any other assorted bits that are missing.

There is no reason to seek different engine management, unless you really just have $3k burning a hole in your pocket and nothing else to do with it. I'd lose the SAFC and get acquainted with ECU reflashing software.

There is no need to upgrade the fuel pump, although an injector upgrade would be wise if going to an FP Green.

We're having a dyno meet in Denver on Dec 1st. It will be at Carz Performance. Bring her up and strap her down!

There's a link on www.rmevo.com about the meet.
