Dampen engine harmonics from the twisting and flexing of the crank, preserves engine bearings and cancels vibrations.

you take off the front passenger wheel, undertray and the the cover in front of the crank pulley, pull back serpentine tensioner and hold it then there should be 4 bolts on the crank pulley that u have to take off. from there, its just swapping it and doing everything backwards to put it back together. real simple.

they damp the torsional vibrations of the rotating assembly (crank, rods etc). will only really benefit you if you change the block internals though. the stock crank pulley is made to damp the stock block internals already.

Would this benefit you if you replaced the rods and pistons only that weight the same amount as the stockers?

If you plan on staying pretty much stock than no. If you plan on revving higher than 8500rpms i would say yes. This also meets nhra requirements if you run a certain speed.

if you change any of the internals to anything other than factory made parts, you will need a damper like the fluidampr. the stock crank pulley is only made to damp the torsional vibrations of the stock internals. fluidampr will make your build last a lot longer also

I pretty much have a buschur 2.0 with the stock crank. Built head and a 3065. I didn't delete the balance shafts so I don't know how high I am going to rev it to
maybe 8500

when you say you love the fluidampr, did you have it installed when the motor is still stock internal?
