confused about fluidampr

ok, so i got my fluidampr today. i have been researching and it seems that all info online points to having not to do any extra balancing of the crank and components. it seems to be a bolt on and go part.

but i read the instructions included with the damper and it is confusing me. it says our engines are internally balanced (which i know) and that disassembling the damper is not recommended but if i do diassemble it, i have to put it back together the right way......?????? first of all, why would i disassemble it...(i'm thinking this part is a bolt on and go part...why should i disassemble it? it's made to balance internals, no matter what brand, weight, etc......am i right?) by the way, i read this in the internally balanced section of the instructions.

so now my question is...this is a bolt on and go part...right?....because it's got viscous fluid to damp whatever gets thrown at it. or do i have to do some rotating assembly balancing with this part?..it's really confusing. i do not want my aftermarket internals lasting 1 year and so what's why i bought this part.

can someone with a little more knowledge on aftermarket dampers chip in?

Ive been running the same Fluidampr and love it. It is a direct bolt-on part. Ive done 3 motors where the the machine shop keeps coming back and says why we even bring the motors in to get balanced each time they are perfect from the factory.

There is nothing to take apart. Fluidampr is a solid unit with nothing to take apart. The fluid self levels.

ok...so there is NO, none, nada, no tuning of the rotating assembly with the fluidampr....unlike the factory pulley, correct?

i have to get this straight in my head.
correct me if i am wrong.
the factory crank pulley is "tuned" to the torsional vibrations of the stock rotating assembly. i am going to change my bottom end internals so this fluidampr does not require any "tuning" to the torsional vibrations like the factory crank pulley?
this fluidampr should automatically "tune" into my setup, correct?

i'm sorry i have so many questions, but this is where to ask them.
