well i dont know what it is, but once in awhile when im cruising about 60 mph and then floor it my rpm would stay stuck at about 4k. it seems like its trying to jump higher but cant so i just let off the gas. any ideas? i got new transfer case, act clutch, and nkg iridium IX. i also had that problem before the new TC and spark plugs were in.

 

Does the car studder? This was a symptom of my po300, but it was happening to my at much lower speeds.

 

Are you running stock boost levels?

 

Cause the car may be over boosting..... What gear are you in also?

 

What boost do you get when hitting it?

 

will seem like it happens when i downshift into 4th and floor it. yes it does studder a bit. and my speed doesn't pick up any more. only once in awhile, most of the time its fine. if it continues i'll just take it to dealer and see what they say about it.
