What fan do we use Chad, I have the slim fan from Buschur Turbo Kit.
If your car is a 100 percent daily.. I would recommend the CBRD . I'm about to order one.. have heard nothing but great things.. if you already have a slimline fan its 450+shipping (: .. the buschur one from your turbo kit would be perfect!

Food for thought.
I have an RS, with A/C and a koyo running a turbotrix manifold and an sc61 turbo
(60 A/R). Fits, but barely. (Would've picked up a CBRD radiator if it came out a month earlier. lol) I live in Maine and was told not to get a mini radiator by David Buschur himself for my DD.

There are no mounting tabs for the fan brackets... have you seen the CBRD unit. I aint using those plastic push pins and putting through the radiator.

OH Trent where are you buddy... jeffy needs some custom fab done

**EDIT**

Very nice peice! just no where to mount the brackets

I have had no problems overheating, no a/c on my car. Al has run his on the street, no problems, so has Matt in N. Carolina. All of us have no A/C. Personally it makes no sense to run the small radiator if you have a car with a/c.

The CBRD is a full size radiator, bolts right in (other than fan brackets) and weighs as little as the small radiator when not filled with water.

I have put the BR 35r tubular mani on with a koyo full size and it fit fine.. neverthless i was running the BR mini radiator kit on my street car for several months and it never got hot unless i stepped on it mid day 90 degrees and went thru the gears on 30-40psi..
