I'm not so sure , the BSK1 marked housing is also a Garrett housing so I'll reserve judgement . I may be wrong but have looked back into HKS T04Z comp housings and the Evo 9's comp housing I suspect the diffuser diametre of the BSK1 housing is larger .
If I can rat up some pics of the BSK1 housing I'll post them so you can at least see the external differences .
If any of this can be proven ways may be found to modify the KTT1 housings diffuser and improve the boost threshold .
Cheers A .

Yes thanks for your troubles . I went searching and as someone mentioned HKS have used the KTT1 housing for some time , as Garrett has on their marketed version or "GT3076R" .
I do have 1 pic of a GT3037S with the BSK1 housing , externally the give away is its shorter air outlet boss . Its hard to describe but it sort of exits the volute at a radius ed angle away from the main housing I suppose to make it easier to package . If you ever get to see twin 3037's on an RB26 they generally use the BSK1 housing .
For the record the BSK1 housing has Garrett on it as well .
BTW if you look at the boss of your comp cover there should be three roll pins pressed in to retain the bell mouthed inlet . It would be interesting to know what HKS used as spacers between the bell and the inner side of the housings boss . At one stage someone was making those bells and selling them on E Bay . People tell me that it tones down the shrill jet turbine like whistle that port shrouded comp covers allow the inducer tips to make .
Thanks again , cheers Adrian .

ok fellas the apexi avcr is installed and i have no more over boosting issues. i did not play with it to much. all i did was install it and start working on boost and duty cycles. im hitting 24 psi and holding is strong. i will play with the rest of the settings and dial it in as best as i can. its a great ebc and i have alot to learn.
next up. anti surge comp housing. then we can finally hit the dynoooooooooooo
