Figured out the problem - send me that gt35
Did you do a boost leak test? It seems weird that unless you changed something significant (injectors, cam, intake/maf setup) that an idle problem would just pop up. I had something similar happen - had a minor boost leak after my clutch install on the licp. I don't think you have the vertical flow IC, but the LICP is kind of tough to get perfectly aligned. While the idle wasn't too different, it did hunt around a bit more. Under part throttle/low rpm it wasn't bad, but as the rpms went up it had a nasty bucking problem.

the car does not buck or anything like that. tomorrow im going to try to take some videos of idle and the surging issus.
I'm fairly sure the 35 is going to flow more air at idle than the 30 or stocker. With more air, it stands to reason that you might need more fuel. You might also look at the airflow on the logger. Hope it's something that simple. Good luck.
i think i caught something too, its driving me crazy i have too much to do, I dont have time to be sick right now arrrgh
ok here is a vid of how the car is surging. its very hard to make out as its hard to hold the camera on a steady shot. but you can kinda see how it hits full boost then surges and then go's away till redline.
the second clip of the vid is how the car idles from just doing the turbo swap. the only thing i mess with here is the bov. i left the bov alone when i put in the 35r. the car ran like poop. so i turned it all the way loose and u can see the car idles so much better. then i put it back to where it was on the 30r and the car gos nuts again.

ALSO
today i tryed playing with my cam settings. 30r was -2in 0ex. i put them to 0 0 and still have the surging issue.... now like i said it hits full boost holds holds then starts to surge then it clears up till redline ''when i let off''
