... It is what it is.
Did Innovate tell you it has to read 20.9? Why don't you paste to us the email from them saying so if they did?

Yeah, mine does the same thing. It doesn't always go all the way down to "O2" ... IMO it's just a combination of the tune and driving habits.

Is it that it is spooling so fast that it is blowing your mind and you don't know how to deal with it?

my issues might be tuning related but im not sure as the car has not been touched since the 30r in the tuning department. but here are my issues.

1. the car idles like poop. every once in a while it idles very ruff like it wants to stall out. i did not do this when i had the 30r on the car. i changed plugs and relooked over everything. nothing is wrong. so i dont know why the hell the car is doing this. its not all the time just here and there. but when it does it it does it for a while.

2. compressor surge. from 4500 to around 5200 i get surge in 3rd gear. other gears are sooner or later depending on the gear. 1st 2nd are almost no surge if any at all. 3rd and 4th have it in that slight spot. seems to only happen when i hit full boost.... cant figure it out.

i went from a stock turbo to a 30r. i had no surging or idling issues. i went from a 30r to 35r and now i have these issues. i cant see it being tune related because i did not have this issue from stock to 30r. but i dont know. the car pulls smooth no braking up or anything.. no knock at all.. but we will see if its tune related after jestr does some tweeks. the idle issues cant be tune related imho cause the car idled perfectly fine with the 30r.

i had a hell of alot of other issues i fixed and go through. but none of them fixed the 2 issues above.

evodan2004, I've noticed that idle drops a lot when the AFR goes lean, then picks back up when it gets fuel. If you have a wideband, see if the AFR is going lean when the idle drops, If so, maybe adding fuel at idle will help. Just a suggestion of what might be happening. I figured since you increased the amount of air, it could be the problem.

i follow u. but check this.

i went from stock turbo to 30r. if i recall i had no issues with idle. now from 30r to 35r i do.

i do have a wideband. i will watch it when i start it up and the car warms up. ill see if i can do it tonight.
