Anways, just got off the phone..

They are sending out a new one tomorrow...... GO FP!!!! great Customer Service..

Yes, I used the gasket that came with the MR housing...

They did say I had the 10.5 housing, at least that was on the receipt, it is not stamped on the hotside......

Well I guess we know why now I was building boost.. lol,, It was pretty quick in the top end. I can't wait to feel what 20psi by 3300 feels like
lol thats insane, did it all the sudden start acting weird or has it been like that from the start?

You know, its not my daily driver. So I just cannot recall when I noticed it..

It was on there when I installed it, but don't know when if came off.. I just remember one day getting in the car after a few days and being like "WTF" is it spooling so slow... It has always been slow spooling to me, so it may have came off shortly after the install... I just know I never hit 20psi at 3300, but originally installing, I didn't have the preload right so idk...

Will FP be sending you a single or double flapper replacement housing? Good luck! Now I've seen it all. You'd think that the welds would be stronger on the flapper valve, huh?

I believe they are sending me the dual, i didn't really ask..

I did however, say, I can't be having this problem often and he told me I definitely won't so maybe they will check my and make it better, who knows..

ill post pics of the new one when i get it.

And, i'm sorry. I do appreciate everyone's help. I did pretty much everyhting that was thrown at me... I just new it wasn't the preload on the arm because I mean thats a given.....

So again,, I appreciate "EVERYONE's" help....
