Pretty wild that the green will make 20 psi with the waste gate wide open.

I should be getting my green in about 3 weeks. What size injectors are you using with yours?

well got the new housing today. , but its a single flapper with two holes in the housing.. They look significantly smaller so I'm worried about flow...

Anyone know if I will notice any difference between the two?

I'll post pics of the new housing in a few.

The single flapper is an evolution of the dual, so it should be as good as if not better. I have read somewhere that they're basically the same performance-wise.

if you were targeting a boost level of 5 psi, i would want the twin flapper housing, but since 99.9% of evo owners are targeting a boost level >20 psi, the amount of flow out either of the 2 turbine housing should be fine.

You'll be fine with the single flapper! This is the better housing anyway. I don't kow how you ended up with the dual flapper on your Green in the first place.
