Well heres the deal...I am looking for BMC drop-in air filters. But I haven't really found anybody that sells them on here or any places that have them in stock for an Evo. So does anybody know the best place to get them. Also has anybody compared them next to a Works filter?

 

I bought mine from Works a few months ago. It definitely has a larger surface area than the other popular K&N filter; I know because I compared it side-by-side with my friends. I called Works and they said they substitute the BMC air filter when they are out of their own filters because they are very similar in size and produce similar gains. It's pretty pricey, but I think it's worth it .

 

Do you mind me asking how much you paid for yours?

 

I think it was around $130 bucks .

 

What about the Pipercross filter?

 

Isn't that the people who make the Ralliart one?

 

I've heard that Pipercross makes filters for Ralliart, but I'm not sure. I just know they're one of the major suppliers to LeMans, F1, etc.

Not K&N, who makes things like that Typhoon piece of junk.
