Actually the new Camry's adjust a few things depending on the driving style. If the driver is commonly aggressive with the car it will have faster throttle response and i believe different timing map. If the driver is a granny it will act different. There was a recall early on because granny drivers if they were to ever get on it the car would bog and drive like crap so they needed a reflash to fix it.
