1400 bhp 2.3 monster, sounds a wee bit much for a 4g63 stroker motor. You must plan on using rocket fuel and takin your car to the moon.

What do you plan on revving you 4g64 too i've read their revving capabilty is not very high? What size turbo do you plan on going with? You should think about using the evo x mivec head on your 4g64 it should help alot with spool up if you can get it on their, and getting to your hp goal easier, like less revving. I'm thinking somewhere around 800 rpms less.

sounds nice my friend i will speak tae norris and greg and see if they recommend the mivec head

my friend the turbo i didnt wanna announce yet till its on my engine lol but i will def keep u updated God willing when its near time, its a great turbo indeed, i woz thinking going bigger than this beyond the t4 turbos maybe the t6 turbo's but eric at ams didnt recommend it, it would be alot of trouble trynna get it spooled up.

i will be using longer rods, 157mm, originally i woz gonna use a 94mm crank and 160mm rod length and using a 4g64 block but i will keep that spec for my other engines simon is building in the next couple of months, i will be using either a custom 97mm crank or 100mm crank and 157mm conrods

cheers

Yea T6 sounds to big for a 4 cyclinder, T4 is laggy enough already. T6 is a housing that sounds like it should be used on a supra or something of that nature. Like a car with a v6 or larger engine. I bet a t6 housing would sound like a turbine airplane taking off, when boosting.

MOSES! great to see you on here mate!

what the plan for the current engine Simon has built for you?? is it going in the EVo4 or is that going to be getting the NEW 1300bhp einge???

any plans to get simon to do a skyline box setup for you like he is having??

really really hope this mega bhp engine works out as all these guys seem to think 2.3s cant cut it these days! everyone seems to want a 2.0 that revs to the moon.

anyway keep up the great work mate.

CHris.

hi bros it is, the current one will be going in the evo 4-6 its a mix of all 3 and the new engine in possibly an evo 8 drag chasis

bros lol skyline setup is very expensive, the skyline hollinger seqential gearbox alone is over 12 uk pounds and the skyline setup and all i think just over 12 or 15k

thats away too expensive for me i can build 3 x 1000 bhp engines for that price

jigga is getting me a strong output shaft made and my next evo will be a rear wheeler so shouldnt be a prob

lol at 2.3 bros its the way tae go, americans luv straight liners , we europeans luv straights, bends, tracks and sprint cars as in all rounders, a stroker is def the way tae go, alot mair power and torque and helps the spool up

see we just dont drive straight lol

thats why my next engine will use a 4g64 block and longer rods, so i can get the max rev range as well

cheers

The spoolup is simply amazing and pushing a stroker to almost 8K is fantastic. would love to see a dyno sheet from a chasis dyno to see the actual spoolup. Too bad we will never see these kind of crazy setups on a X. The turbo on the other side is going to be very limiting.

cheers buddy i appreciate it , my friend uk strokers have been hitting near 9500rpm revs for yrs, rc developments old evo 6 the white one had a rev limit of 9500rpm and that woz on a crower 2.4 102mm crank

my next engine will have a rev limit of near 10500 rpm God willing if i go for a 94mm crank using a 160mm rod length and 4g64 block
or if using the 100mm crank and 156m rods at least a minimum of 9200 -9500

should be a treat, pray for me

cheers
