My AC/HEAT vent of the passenger feet is not working, is that a normal thing or do I need to go to the dealer to let them check it out

 

Let the dealer check it out, unless you are past 36,000 miles.

 

While that seems to be working on my car, my hot / cold vent flap doesn't seem to close off all the hot air any more. The problem started about a month ago after I needed to add some heat durring a cold rain. I had my dealer check it and got the "that's normal" response inside of 10 minutes. I'm thinking of calling to open a trouble ticket - extra hot air out the vents on a 90 degree day sux!

 

IS - did you get this figured out? My foot vents have stopped working also today...
