when is a larger intercooler necessary?
is my next step a larger intercooler?
what should i be getting next?

 

get it now...........no exact order to get it in but i got mine after the TBE, fuel pump, fuel rail and injectors.........kinda all at the same time though really...........

you need to liven up the airway now bud.......

 

I would get one. definitely makes an improvement and will allow for a more aggressive tune.

 

I am trying to understand your modlist. When you write "(-O2 Housing)", are you stating that you have a full TB exhaust but, you are still running the stock O2 housing? That is to say that you´ve done all the exhaust mods "minus" the O2 housing?

 

Why did you put injectors and a rail in? If you are big into giving away money I accept paypal.

 

If you have the stock o2 housing, (and a turbo upgrade is not in your NEAR future), you should pick up one of those first. (or get yours ported, but they are cheap anyway new)

 

- O2 housing (especially since you've got a 20G on the way).
- FMIC
- Samco intercooler hose couplers.

 

yeah id go ahead and get the ic and maybe an uicp too that way the ic system will be complete. then id upgrade the o2 housing unless youre about to upgrade to a bigger turbo. if youre not then get an o2 housing and the ic and get tuned again. youll notice a gain. not saying a whole lot but probably around 20-25whp
