mis shifting ( help plz)

mis shifting ( help plz)

im having bad mis shifting ,mostly when goin from 1st to 2nd ..
my gears r hard also .
ive got a new clutch hks gd max .
which gear oil do u guyz recomend ?
also tell me wat shud be causing the mis shifting problem .

adjust the clutch pedal. it's probably not fully disengaging if this is a new clutch and you are just breaking it in. there could be a ton of other issues but this is usually the case with a new clutch.

as far as gear oil goes, OEM Diaqueen or Super Diaqueen works good for street driving. Lightweight Shockproof if it sees any type of racing action.

the reak in has been finished .
its usually mis shifts when im racing .
daiqueen not available in my country .
mobil is available ,wat do u say about mobil ?
cud it be my shifter bushing ?

start by flushing it and using Diaqueen, if that doesn't work then it is time time consider some of the other options

haseeb i have had simmillar problems..i did three things that helped and is working nicely everysince.

1- went to exedy twin
2- replaced the front "lower" motor mount to agency power
3- installed an Ingalls stiffy engine torque dampner

eversince then i have not mis-shifted once!
bought all the parts from greg at GSC (stikiller.com) tell him moosa sent you and he'll take good care of you.

haseeb..there isnt diaqueen available here either...however...the agency uses someother oil that is exactly equivilant to diaqueen..i cant seem to remember the name...Sam at 1000dunes stocks that oil...let me know next time you are here we'll catch up for coffee with afnan!
