And this is why I didn't like the upgraded intake. My car picked up on this right away when letting off the throttle and causing a vaccum, the car would stall. Putting on the A/C and causing the fan to blow made it worse for some reason.

 

I have decided i want to stick with stock PCV system and move to catch cans soon. Would this be dangerous for obvious reasons( nut vs compressor wheel )? Definately would use loctite too. I don't know anyone that would venture to weld up a barb on the stanless steel pipe. Sorry pics are so big.

holy schnikeys.......8 pages of ish talking, OP, did you get your issue fixed.....???? my guess let me add in my 0.02, my guess is during the installation of ur intake, either A) the gasket for the maf sensor to intake pipe could be broken or partially missing, or my guess is when you installed the intake pipe the blow off valve or the recirc hose for the blow off valve might not be securely tightened, which could explain your issue, good luck and post back
