To get the disc to weld itself to the flywheel takes a tremendous amount of heat. Have him contact our sales dept. directly and send it in for repair along with the flywheel (unless aluminum type). If there are any troubles, have him contact Daryl or myself.
^^ thanks for your help... i replace everything and it works like a chrm now!!

Hey guys, it was my car that had the clutch problem. I drove it like a baby for the break in and will again with with the new one. I launched it once and I dont ride the clutch at all. I have no idea what happened, but I just want to say thanks to Mike @ RPM and for all of his trouble and terrific customer service!!! I recommend going to rpm for any installation or work you need done! I was treated extremely fairly and taken care by a top notch operation! Thanks again Mike!!
^^ hey man good to see you on here!! and thanks for all the good words!!! hope to see you soon for your future plan!!!

I just had this happen to me when my 2nd clutch went in at 43K miles. Thing is it got worse after this install. What pisses me off is that I have had this issue since 9k miles and 3 mitsubishi dealerships have not been able to diagnose the problem, even when i specifically asked if the clutch needed bleeding/adjusting. I took it back to the shop (Carboy here in Houston, which I strongly recommend) and they adjusted and bleed the system again. They said that no air came out but by bleeding it again it fixed what ever was wrong. It goes into gear know like butter. No more blocked shifts, grinding etc. After 43k miles my car is finally shifting the way I expected this car to shift from day one. I'm glad my warranty has expired and I no longer have to return to the Mitsu dealership for warranty work.
