I can relate Phil I haven't driven my car in over a month. Stock turbo + bolt ons = boring and slow.

I don't when I'll drive my car again I have no urge at the present time.

4500 rpm is low for the OEM turbo, thats where it should peak. The stocker should die at about 6000 rpm

Where are you getting your information from? My last dyno showed my peak hp at 6k rpms.. and it dropped only 50whp from 6k-7750rpm.

I think an 05 with meth only making 340whp is not all that great maybe it could be the tune because you are missing about 30-40whp.

I have crower 272s and I got it tuned by battleground in smyrna, georgia. I am going to Scott Siegel at Top Speed after I purchase my 35r kit. I did get some feed back on the ATP kit and I also talked to their R/D guru. The kit is cheap for price yes but I have seen 450 plus which is all I have asked for. The funny thing is that it was featured in modified mag on a evo. I will try to find the link and post it. I need to find my dyno so that I can show you all what I am talking about. I was also at 25psi and it tapered to 22.

You even said it yourself

Look at the torque curve instead if you still dont get it. All HP is is torque times rpm

My dyno after the ems tune was 340whp/360ft lbs. Does anyone know what could cause this? I thought I might have to put this in the advanced threads but I am trying to see if anyone else has had this problem. If anyone knows about air volume that would probably be the most helpful.
Knock and retarded timing is usually the culprit when this happens. You need to talk to your tuner.

Well duh! Of course the torque will fall! At 5250rpm the torque and hp curves are equal. My point was, the turbo doesn't die out at 6k. Period.

"die" was a poor adverb choice, but it sure feels dead after 30 psi from 3000 to 5000 rpm
