Tial Valve Seat problem
Hey guys ok this is the deal:
I have a threaded flange that the valve seats suppose to sit inside and then fit into the wastegate. Well it fits into the wastegate but it doesnt seal I can see clear as day threw it. and it wont fit into the flange on the manifold
any idea if im missing something here?
this is on a 38mm wastegate, Pic in just a sec.

ok that didnt work, the thing is the seats not even touching the wastegate valve. its about 1/4th an i'ch from it its like the seat is sitting on the lip of the inside of the wastegate. I tried to tighten it but it seem likes its about to break something its not smashing down any.

I tried alot lol it just wont go in. Is it suppose to sit flush against the wastegate or stick out some?
It honestly seems like its to big, the lip is catching on the inside of where its suppose to seat its not even touching the valve inside the wastegate

it sticks out a very small amount for the preload, then when tightened down it will be flush
