wouldnt 7000 rpm be enough when you would get power really really early ?

Brian Crower sells a 2.6L kit. I have not heard anything good about his stroker kits though.

Going from a 2.0 to a 2.3 or 2.4 the most people see is around 500-800rpms spool faster.

It all depends on what you want i guess. If you want some big turbo that can keep power up top i wuold rather give the 500rpm spool and gain the 2000-2500rpms redline.

If you want a smaller turbo then ya a stroker is the way to go.

well , for autox or simular is great. But road race or drag where you do benefit from higher rpm , i take the higher rpm engine .
i dont want to comment the second part...

SBR is working on a 2.6L variant of the 4G64 (which is what their 2.5L is based of of as well)

What would be the hypothetical redline of a 2.6L 4G63? I think it is pretty silly idea, but still curious.

SBR says 8k for their 2.4 and 2.5. I'm not sure how they get to 2.6, but I'd bet the redline is similar.
