ground clearance is as good as stock. their is only one bend in it and its angled up, it bolts up to the stock cat just fine. i was planning on purchasing the Ultimate racing DP and testpipe, i hope this fits. im not really sure on tip size, maybe between 3 1/2 to 4in. the exhaust isnt too noticable from behind, its tucked under the car very well, HTH
