in 96 they decided to do obdII testing and with a stand alone theres no obdII port to test

I mean if you just buy a sticker they cant tell the difference if its real or fake right? their is no documentation that a cop could look up and see?

In NJ you can either take it to the dmv inspection place or take it to a private shop that is certified. I think ill just go to a shop then lol

ur talking about just buying an inspection sticker like u can find them at your local drug store. have fun finding someone who will risk their job selling u one.
