A green car and an HTA35r car cannot be compared because there goals are different. My complaint about this kit is that it is not really worth the price considering you get a better kit for 3k instead of $2200. The way I look at it is if you can spend $2200 then $3000 is doable also. Especially if you go buy a full-race manifold for that kit. Granted he has the best possible setup to make the ATP kit perform but in the end he spent just as much. I am glad he proved me wrong and broke the 500whp mark. But the thing is he can have a better kit that will make an extra 100whp for the same price which spool better if not the same.

LMAO!!! TOO FAST.......TOO FURIOUS!!!! Sorry, cops don't really care what's under my hood when I get pulled. Just what was on my speedo.lol

You are in FL just like me. We don't have emissions and cops don't care. Other places are very strict. If the car looks modded it needs to go pass inspection. Lucky for us we don't have to worry about that annoyance.

Congrats!

Gr8 numbers from a much hated and dissed ATP Kit...

At the end of the day I would say still very good bang for the buck.

You get what yous pays for - so no surprise on the Critics Views:
- ATP Exhaust Housing = Poor Spool
- ATP Exhaust Housing = Peak HP compromise
- ATP Exhaust Housing = Too much Lag
- ATP Exhaust Housing = Stock Manifold
- ATP Exhaust Housing = Can't spool for ****
- ATP Exhaust Housing = No Torque

hehehehehe (now that we got all that out the way)

I guess for a $500+ saving 200-300rpm loss in spool isn't such a bad compromise but then again if you were really only interested in Torque and spool-up then maybe a GT3076R or GT35R are not the right Turbo's for a single scroll application.

Why not get a GT3071R with a .63 it will spool much quicker and if its not enough a 2.3L stroker would make all the difference... (Pitty about the bragging rights though no 500WHP claims for this one)

.

Wish it was like that in NJ - I'd rock a stand-alone all day....

... car is on a dynojet from what i see. That would very much effect spool vs dd's and mustangs as it does not load the car correctly

thank u sir. i have been saying this because i know how differently it acts on the street.

on the street, i see 4500 RPMS full boost. at least i did when i was at 472whp.

so when i get the car back i am going to make a vid of the boost and tach.

Haha I'm not sure he was arguing in your favor.

Anyway dynojet to dynojet your car is off what it should be.

sorry to say it, but I used this kit on my car & removed it... too laggy, even on my 2.2L..

Going to try a FP Green.

Im sure this kit is ok though for street use where powerband is not as critical as on the track... & for the price its not that bad.

Did I say anything towards you? NO?

Did deadbeat harass my thread? Yes?

Am I adding contributing information to this thread? Yes?

ONRAILS dunno what i ever did to you but don't worry I'm not on his nuts. I think my first post in this thread was a positive/nice one was it not?

Deadbeat, do you need ONRAILS to hold your protein when you get upset? appears that way..
