dp to o2 install

need help trying to install perrin dp on megan o2 housing; seems that the o2 housing's holes are way to small for stock spring bolts; anybody have this problem before? I tried to search and came up empty;

checked the bolts, they are stripped at the tip of the bolts; perrin dp is not fitting against the megan o2;

i guess i will just use the supplied gasket that i found and apply some sealant and test that to see if there will be any leaks or fitment issues;

If you stripped the bolts then of course they are not going to fit. Get new bolts. The megan 02 is meant for stock hardware. Use the donut gasket from your stock piece and get new bolts.

i removed the stock donut gasket and installed the gasket that came with the megan o2; fitment seems better, but will definately put sealant for a better fit;

it shouldn't sit flush with the stock donut gasket

tighten it up evenly (a little bit on each side at a time)
