Check and see if it got ripped off from the cables...

Providing you have a antifouler, It could be just a random code if you had the Test pipe for a year. Clear it and see if it comes back.

I would do the mechanical o2 sensor fix. (spark plug non-fouler.) You may need 2 to fix it, if that doesn't work, the sensor itself may be bad. If you search on here for "po138" you'll find a bunch of other people with the same problems. Check out what they did to fix it.

Sounds like it....I believe the UR test pipe has a "fouler" already welded onto it right? Or is your o2 screwed right into the pipe? If it's right into the pipe....go spend the $2 and grab a non fouler. I did that, and haven't seen the code/light since! Super easy to do....

If you need, search in the "how to" section for o2 fix....there is a step by step.

the test pipe has a fouler already on it do u think i need a new 02 sensor i see a direct fit is 300 bucks and a universal is 60 buck i guess if i went that route i would have to hook up 4 wire to the harness .do these sensors usually go bad after 58k
