Clutch Engaugement has moved itself from bottom to very top, why?

When I first got the Exedy Twin Disk put in, back last October (2500 miles) the engaugement was right off the floor. We raised the pedal, no biggie.

Well, my question is, over the last month, the engaugement has moved itself to the very very tip of of the pedal. Yes, I have adjusted my clutch pedal, down, up, middle, everywhere. Doesnt matter where I put the pedal, its always the same engaugement. What does this mean, and why has the engaugement moved all over the place? Over time, it moved like I said, from basically right off the firewall, to the middle, and now the top?

I have only launched this car maybe 4 times all of which were last year, & clutch was properly broken in. Does not slip. Does it mean its almost dead, or its just fully settled in? Power wise, most of this clutch has been on 300-330whp. I just recently got a 3065 setup and im only pushing around 375-385whp at this time.

Have you tried bleeding the clutch line?

As said already, clutch is not slipping at all.

I have bled the clutch in October, as well as a couple weeks ago.

Exedy Twin Disk is a pos clutch if this is already out. I only have 2500 miles on it, and its only daily driven. No racing whatsoever.

I have a Buschur in my room. I may try putting it on.

It doesnt matter if I move my clutch pedal up or down, engaugement is always in the same spot.

try bleeding the line...really shouldn't be slipping if you drive it the way you say you do. Also, clutches aren't rated by HP, they are rated for TQ. But since HP is just a measure of TQ then...nm haha

I figured most guys would know, the ones been here a while anyway. lol.. About 325wtq is the most this clutch has seen. (Which is 200wtq lower than the max this clutch can take.)

I guess ill re-bleed the clutch again. Perhaps I have a bad master cylinder.

I'm having the same problem. I've asked the tranny experts and have come up with clutch master cylinder. I'm gonna change it in the next month and I'll let you know.

i'm having the exact same problems too. I posted this 1-2 weeks ago and not a single person replied. Glad to see more people asking. Thing is my clutch is slipping in high rpms when its cold now. But if i let it slip maybe 3-4 times and warms up, it doesn't slip anymore. Does that mean this clutch just needs time to warm up and expand? or is my clutch done?
