I have no idea to be honest...I just went with a wrap..it was a fun project and I think it holds up fine...even now with all the snow and salt...it still looks strong!

You don't want to insulate the exhaust after the turbine. The gas has to expand over it and adding thermal energy behind it looses the effect. On the other hand you do want to insulate before turbine.
