Do a boost leak test first.

(if your rpm's shoot up when boost comes on but you go nowhere your clutch is probably slipping.) check all your intake annd intercooler connections starting at the intake manifold and work your way around. make sure they are tight. make sure the rubber couplers are pushed all of the way on the pipe.

Do you have a boost gauge? See if you are acheiving your set boost. or are you stock? A list of mods helps.

Has your car been tuned?

You should have bought a BG before the BOV and Intake.
So go buy one..

Fix any boost leaks before you take it to a tuner and get it tuned along with the BG/Air fuel gage installed.
