Sounds more like the shifter cables are not adjusted properly. To find out if it is the clutch adjustment put the car on jackstands and start her, if the wheels turn with the clutch fully depressed adjust it till they stop. If that is not it then I would get it back to the dealership and have them check the cables and shifter base are ok. Since it it doing it with the engine off I would lean more toward miss adjusted cables or a bad rebuild.

Did you put a new clutch in? Sounds like gear lock out.

Gear lockout happens at high rpms were the clutch disk can't be slowed by the sychros soon enought to make the shift, not by daily driving and with the engine off.

Every time you make shift forcing the gears you are wearing the cones off the sychros, get her back to the stealership and have them check it out. Ask the service manager to drive it WHILE you go with him, see what he/she thinks.

I would pop the cables off the levers and see if its hard to egage then. That will eliminate the cables and bracket being bent.
