best turbo for 450-550 whp on pump gas
Ok my last hread was closed, stupid but what ever.
Here are the power goals on pump gas that I desire. I do want to go to the track but also want good daily driving. also durability of the Turbo is a must, dont want to make big power and 4k miles later it's bad.
Ok mods is this better?

your prolly not going to make 550 whp on pump gas, unless you have a very aggressive tune.
but a gt35r or bigger will get you around 450 on pump.

It wont be going in a stock motor. I plan on building it with a stage 3 bushur short block or Ams..Maybe even just to a rebuild kit on it.
I was looking at the hta35 turbo kit from buschur...450whp on pump gas 92 octan sound fair?
It doesnt need to be in the 500whp+ on pump, I guess I could settl for less. But no les then low mid 400's.

If you want to make those numbers on straight 92 Octane pump gas (NO meth) reliably, it will be tough. IMO you're going to need something akin to:
HTA 3582
Intake manifold
Good cams
ported head
large IC
built internals
upgraded valvletrain
standalone EMS
at 24-25 psi with this setup on an Evo IX you should clear over 450 somewhere between 7000 and 8000 RPM on a built 2.0. Of course, if you're going to build your block, you could go with a 2.3, in which case 450+ should be a non-issue.

I tuned a friends car and it's still quite conservative and he put down 475HP @ 22 to 23lbs of boost with an off the shelf Buschur 37R tubular manifold kit, stock intake manifold and stock tb (neither are ported), and JUN 272 cams on a Buschur Stage 3 2.0L bottom end and Buschur Stage 3 race head.

Here's the cell phone picture for anyone interested.
Not the clearest picture but as you can see its a bit on the rich side and the timing isn't aggressive so there is plenty left on the table to make a lot more. Not sure why he cut the run short, it may have made more power, but either way the car is a blast to drive.

As has been posted, a 35R variant (Garrett or FP HTA) would get you closest to your peak power goals on pump gas while retaining good street drivability, and will come alive once you add meth/alcohol injection, E85/E98 or high octane fuel into the mix 
Precision and Forced Performance both have good warranties, so if that is one of your primary concerns then those are good choices both for performance and product support. We can put together a Precision 35R turbo kit at $2990 or FP HTA35R turbo kit at $3490 and have lots of options for personal preference on each kit.
