I bought a br uicp and it has meth/alky hole tapped and im not gunna run meth for a lil while and was wondering if i can just plug the hole? or what else could i do?
With the thickness of that, even if it was threaded I wouldn't expect it to hold up. If you're going to plug that you're likely going to need to weld a bung on it then plug it.
you could plug it with a grommet if you are gonna run maybe 3psi...
think about that.. grommet. not made to hold 18psi
just thread it and use an 1/8th inch pipe plug.. same thread/plug ud use for an egt gauge

ok so im not getting meth anytime soon so should i weld something over the hole? and re-tap it if i ever need to? or thread it and put a pipe plug in it like stated above?????
Sent it to Buschur and have Trent weld a bung into it. Then you can plug it and when your ready remove the plug to go with meth. Brian H's answer is the only right way to do it.
^no, but i dont think im gunna run meth.....im gunna save up for a gt35r and run pump and race gas but mainly just 93.....so what would be best to do then for the uicp
