So I say damn all that ... If they can make a 50lb per minute compressor with HTA technology that spools like the normal Green, it should be called an FP BLACK!

However, call it an EvoPink and send it to me in that color for all I care A little more lag would help keep me from spoolin' up all the time at my hwy cruising speed. Fuel is ridiculous!!!

What ever they gonna use as a compressor or turbine...isn't the 10.5T always to small and thus the bottleneck?

With FP, you never know if it IS in fact still going to have an OE housing or not... at this point it would merely be speculation for any of us.

Don't think I was jockeying for charity as it's not in my character (however things have showed up on my doorstep from various manufacturers ).

Let's just say that I have a turbo with a nice, shiny FP wheel in it. It would not hurt my feelings to have that wheel put in something that would move more atmosphere, more efficiently. At my usual rate of velocity down the hwy, a little "lag" would pay off at the pump anyway... seriously.

Hey me either I myself haven't ever had anything show up at my doorstep yet and not even recieved whatever the prize is for winning the super street ride of the month back in March yet but hey at least I'm on the site. I've only had my $ outta pocket and I don't even wanna say how much money I've spent on the car with labor & the few times I've tuned the car. So with this green going to be cheaper is price is a good thing

I'm just really curious on how the new green will be with methonal injection cuz I would plan on trying to run as much boost as I do my stock turbo

Gas is getting bad here I bet its even worse where your at

Now I'm curious if this "larger then comfortable to be calling a green" turbo is still stock turbo based, or it its something else

We all want the same spool as stock with more air....but isn't that impossible?

You need bigger wheels, bigger hotside etc. so more weight and thus inertia=more lag and lower threshold.

I am just an amatuer, but in my opinion you can only get same spool and more air if you change the material for the turbine, shaft and compressor into titanium(and ofcourse a perfect match between turbine/compressor).

That way you can use bigger wheels and hotsides, which you need for more flow, and get the same spool because of the low weight /inertia of the internals.

Add some BB's as an option and call it a FP Evo Rainbow!
