deceleration rattle from engine bay

deceleration rattle from engine bay
like the title states, i have a loud, annoying rattle coming from the engine bay that occurs when i let off the gas at speeds of 45+

i know theres the usual clutch chatter, but this seems excessive.

anyone have any idea what this could be?

also i should note, this noise does NOT happen if i high rev while in neutral and let the rpms drop back down to idle

Make sure your Tranny/X-fer case fluids are not over filled... then go from there.
