400WHP+ or BUST

Hey guys..

I want to push more power and WHP on stock IX turbo,
I recently made 374whp, check thread on https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=340461

Im think dont want use Meth kits sooner.. i want true WHP on Pump gas..
Im think i missed something out?

should i get???
Ported intake and bigger throttle body?
Upgrade Fuel Injectors? 680cc to 1000cc?
ETS UCIP with Mini battery kits (snice im going rid of my Fujita intake and fujita UCIP)
TIAL BOV
COP or ingition (spark tech, HKS or sun automotive force)

something.. and give me ur shouts and options

before i going transplant full built motor and 3076 HTA turbo

Nothing you listed will give you an extra 26whp. Your limitation is the turbo. It can't push enough air efficiently to make that much power on a stock CR bottom end. If you want 400whp, get the meth. For about $400, its a no brainer.

He's right. None of those parts provide any real power gains. The injectors only let you run a lower duty cycle, but that doesn't make ~ 30 WHP.

I see two ways if you want 400+ WHP and don't want to run race gas:

- Meth injection. Not very expensive for the gains, but they can fail. Not likely at all, but it can happen. Be familar and do tons of research on the stuff.

- Bigger turbo. Have 20Gs broken 400 WHP on pump gas? I'm not sure. Hope someone can answer that. If they haven't, I'd recommend a 3076 or a 3065. Buschur sells them for about $3k which is cheap as far as turbo kits goes.

There are some O2 dumps coming out that should make a bit of power with the stock turbo, but their tests estimated 14 WHP.

I feel his Cosworth M3s are more aggressive than GSC S2s. He could go a bit bigger, but I don't know if it would be worth it. Maybe S3s? Both intake and exhaust are 280, I believe. He already has the upgraded valvetrain, but it is a lot of effort for something not much better than what he already has.

haha I guess I spoke too soon. Those are good cam suggestions, but I REALLY like the Cosworths being used.

Chris just get some fic 1000's injectors and port out your stock manifold and TB. Dyno then see and if not, then updgrade. There i still some power to be had in your setup. If you dont reach it, go meth, then transplant this winter.

electric water pump
ported throttle body
smim
meth
port the turbo

there is no need to upgrade your ignition at this point, ignition does not make horsepower, upgrade it when it becomes a problem
