Don't they have Tomei 280's for Evo 9? I know DB already said this...that he won't be making cams for Evo 9. Have you thought about it again Dave? I bet you would be rocking BF272 if they have it for Evo 9's.

Congrats guys! Perhapses this HTA88 will grace the presence of my 2G. It will be nice to see what a 2.3L and straight Ethanol will do about that spool up!

Isn't 9sec9's "Pandamonium" Evo IX still a few HP higher (649HP)? It would be interesting to see the graphs overlayed of those two cars, since one is a 37R and the other is a 37HTA, with pretty similar builds...

DB,
Do you know why on Sumans Car(That Dynoflash tested) the DI mani didn't perform well? What exactly was wrong or missing on his set up and what can be added to perform better?

We added the DI manifold and large T/B to the car and retuned

The car lost significant spool up and also dropped 12 whp corrected for temp change

The thinking is that the turbo combination was not matched well to the DI intake and T/B change as it was previously about maxed out for the turbo / back housing combination and apparently did not have any more to fill the void of the larger volume intake

Of course this is all speculation

Al

Brian I have the 272's. Smaller than the 1's you have. I am looking at the AMS Wilwood brakes.
