NEW Pump gas record on MD....622WHP

As the title states, in 81 degree weather here in the shop, we were able to pull out 603 uncorrected WHP at 33 PSI. That is all for now. You will see this is a continuation of this thread... https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...&highlight=dtm
We will see if we can beat this again in the morning. Enjoy

Update here : Magnus Manifold 622 AWHP

well since nobody wanted to answer my question in another thread hopefully you can help me understand. I've been seeing alot of these big pump gas boost settings like 30psi+. Yet I never hear anyone mentioning meth. How's it done without meth? Am I missing something? by the way congrats on the record!!!!

Excellent tuning, the right combination of mods, and the willingness to push the envelope. I think we discussed this in previous threads, how others (Europeans) were pushing the envelope more on pump gas due to not having easy access to race fuels and meth and so on. Now we (USDM owners) are pushing the envelope on pump gas.

What a time to be an EVO owner, records such as pump gas, total power, stock turbo, and etc. are just falling left and right. Honestly the 4G63T never ceases to amaze me.

Thank You!!!! Finally! I thought I was going crazy for a minute. I've used Sean Ivey a couple of times but I'm not sure how far he's willing to push the envelope. I'm not knocking him because I think he's a great tuner, just wonder what he'll say if I ask.

After talking with a lot of really smart people (engineer, peugeot mechanics back in france etc...) they all told me the same when I mentioned 30+psi on 93 octane on evo:
You can run that high boost for dyno runs sure. But certainly not everyday, and even less racing or pushing the car a lot.
Now I m not an expert, as much as I respect everyone on this forum, when an F1, lmp1 etc mechanic or tuner tells me something I believe him over anyone else.
