Cool

I live in the UK & started looking into buying a full race manifold for my standard turbo ready for an fp green on here originally, and within 2 days I've now changed my mind completely and dependent on costs will now get a ported exhaust & Intake manifold from David!!

Just goes to show how powerful the internet is along with professionals developers like Indy & David Buschur who i pay homage for furnishing us with such awesome work, as somebody previously mentioned about have the stock look with some much performance.

In essence then you could pop the bonnet with modded manifolds and fp green and look completely stock but with close to 480~500 bhp!!! Insane sleeper!! so cool

David thanks for the PM let me now when its all completely finished so i can post over.

addo,

Thanks for the compliments, no problem on the PM. The pricing I quoted you in the PM for porting the intake is our standard port work not the Indy style. Just want to be clear.

Update: David should have his V2 manifold today. I'm working on a "street version" based around 500 whp and under for the guys with the OE, FP Green and street based turbos. A thanks goes out to 9sec9's for his input in bringing a true street manifold for the masses into reality . An Evo X intake manifold is in the works at this time, and we hope to have results in the next month. We are going full bore to produce the best engine components available. Indy

Subscribing... Looks like Indy is a late night person like me... haha. This is some really great work guys... I'll be very interested in the more stockish frame manifold porting when its all ready to go. And a thanks to DB for doing all this great testing for the evo community. Could some good gains be seen even running this manifold on a stock turbo at ~23psi or is this mod better for the aftermarket turbo guys? I plan on getting a green someday either way, but just wondering if it might be worth it to try out since i'm trying to get the most out of the stocker with supporting mods before changing it out...

The version David is geting is our all out fabricated manifold killer. The new version that was inspired by 9sec9 for the street cars will fill the gap for the average street car. Not everyone makes 500whp+ and runs to 9000 rpm everyday. I wanted a great performing street version from off idle to the stock redline with plenty of low and mid range punch not just high rpm hp, and a price that the average Evo owner could live with. It was a logical move to start on this project for the stage 1-4 guys before they move up to a large frame turbo kit. This manifold can be updated to the killer spec part when the time comes. Indy

i dont know if this is possible, but without giving away your secrets can you explain why this manifold works like it does? Where else is technology like this being used for street cars if at all?

I'm sorry but I will not supply any info why or how these manifolds work. With the design, manufacture, and testing costs involved I do not want to give away something we worked so for. Thanks, Indy

For performance street cars, where do you think a lot of the technology comes from? Race cars. Look at Ferrari. They take all the stuff they do with the F1 cars and dump it into their sports cars and they are nothing short of astounding. The new C6 platform. A lot of the technology came from the C5R race car they had and the new C6 is badass. It's just like anything else in the world....technology just trickles downhill.

Well, Indy is just using his many years of racing knowledge on a little rice rocket econobox and we all appreciate his efforts.

Telepathic thats just what we need, maybe even a group buy once perfected to get the product out there, i'd be up for it and possible 4~9 others.

Sweetness! And this "street" version will upgrade BR's current ported stocker?
