If it you can get it to work then go for it. I had an injen intake and my upper pipe didn't fit so i had to buy a diff intake pipe to get it to work.

stick with the injen. The hks ssq bov does not perform too well on our cars.

From what IVE noticed, aftermarket piping kits dont really give u much hp, UNLESS their short route kits, then, they do. Its more of a bling effect, cuz the factory stuff is just plain ugly! Im plannin on switching over to the ETS short route pipe/ IC/ and mini battery kit here pretty soon. Hope this helps

I'm really unsure how or why, but I'm running buschur UICP with a crushed 1g BOV fully atmospheric, with no issues. This leads me to believe that I could weld the hks ssqv on there and have the same effect, but not have to worry about leaking boost above 21psi.

Neither UICP does anything for you except give bling, and going to the HKS SSQV will only hurt performance. If you're interested in improving your car, let us know.

Like everyone has said, stay away from the HKS bov. I had one on my car for about a month and got sick of the way the car ran. Once I put the stock IX DV back on the car ran much better.
