overheating issues HELP

was on my way to the track today driving really normal (slow) and my car started to run hot. the needle was a little above the half mark. got to the track did a few laps and it went closer to 3/4 but never higher, removed the thermostat and hard wired both fans, it helped a bit but when ever i was under full boost for a couple of laps it would creep up again. what do you think could be the problem?

still not working

ok guys i am at the track and the race is in the morning. we changed the head gasket today because we found the head studs were loose, we also changed the radiator cap, the thermostat is working and the radiator has no leaks or clogs, the boost is now hitting fine and the radiator hose is no longer swelling but the car still overheats once i start driving hard, if i drive normal it does not heat up
